What? A fishing derby! Kids, try your luck fishing!
Who? Open to kids ages 5 - 17. Participants must be either a Harpswell Resident OR a child/grandchild of a Harpswell Taxpayer.
When? July 12-26
Where? Harpswell Waters Only.
How? FREE, but registration is required for the event (see below). Photos of caught fish with a tape measure or ruler showing length will be accepted. We are not weighing fish. We also want pictures of the fisherman with the fish!

Conservation - We are hoping you will participate in the Snap-a-Striper Program through GMRI (Gulf of Maine Research Institute). If you do - let us know (by sending us your pic) and your child will receive a $5 Island Candy Company gift card!If you don't have access to a printer - let us know and we can print some photo cards for you.
