12/15/2020: The MSAD 75 administration has stressed the importance of keeping kids in school in person to the fullest extent possible and at this time will not allow outside groups to use school facilities.
11/13/2020: With the updated Community Sports and MPA guidelines that were put forth on 11/6/2020, we are hoping to start indoor winter programs in January in Harpswell. Registrations will be open in mid December if we are given the green light by MSAD 75 administration. We are not sure exactly what the framework for our programs will look like yet, but it will be different than our regular AYBL/Youth Basketball programs.
This is all subject to the State guidelines and decisions and there are many things that will need to be taken into consideration as we get closer to a start date.
Recently the numbers of COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing in our State and there is a chance that the CSG and MPA guidelines will be different by the time we reach December/January months.
We will keep working with MSAD 75 to be able to provide safe and fun indoor activities when the time is right and policies have been adjusted to allow use of the school gyms for outside groups.
