Cross Country running is an exciting sport with lifelong fun and fitness benefits. This program offers training and conditioning for participants. Runners compete as a team but have a sense of individual performance and accomplishment.
Practices are held weekly - Full schedule will be available in the middle of August. Practices held on Mondays.
Weekly Competition Meets on Wednesdays with similar groups in the Mid Coast region and one home meet at HCS. Grades: K, 1 & 2 – 1/2 mile; Grades 3 & 4 – 3/4 mile;
Grades 5 – 1 mile. Meet schedule will be posted when it's available.

Parents are encouraged to walk or run, and to help at the practices.
