Unwind at the end of the day with a gentle 45-minute slow flow yoga class overlooking the ocean. Designed to help you relax, release tension, and settle into the beauty of a summer evening on the coast of Maine. This all-levels class combines mindful movement, stretching, and breathwork and is appropriate for all levels, even those new to yoga! Please bring a yoga mat and any props you enjoy using.
It is recommended to wear layers due to temperature fluctuations and biting insects! Weather-related cancellations will be announced at least 2 hours before class start time.
