November Outside Challenge
30-Day Get Outside Challenge
November 1–30
As the days get shorter, Daylight Saving Time ends, and winter approaches, it’s easy to spend more time indoors. But getting outside is great for both our physical and mental health—and a little fresh air can help keep the cabin fever away!
The Harpswell Heritage Land Trust and Harpswell Parks & Recreation invite you to join our 30-Day Get Outside Challenge! Make time to enjoy the outdoors each day in November by logging one outdoor experience.
Go for a walk, hike, bike ride, or run. Work in the garden, take photos, read a book outside, or come up with your own outdoor adventure. If you do it outside, it counts!
Complete all 30 days of the challenge and earn a commemorative orange bandana to celebrate your accomplishment!
Bundle up, get outside, and enjoy all that November has to offer. We can’t wait to see you out there!
