Level 3 - Stroke Development: Introduces rotary breathing, front crawl, elementary backstroke, and scissors/dolphin kicks. Level 4 - Stroke Improvement: Builds confidence in strokes, introduces breaststroke, sidestroke, and open turns. Level 5 - Stroke Refinement: Refines all strokes (crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) for efficiency and distance.
