Gentle Yoga with Kara
Explore the ways mind and body work together to enhance well-being, calm the nervous system and improve balance and mobility. Gentle Yoga is a safe introduction to yoga & mindfulness practices and a good way to build coordination, stability, range of motion and focus. Classes will be guided with attention to breathing and alignment with a focus on fully inhabiting our bodies while observing thoughts and sensations. Beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.
